Job deletion, error fix, and docker updates

Uploaded image data will now automatically be deleted after 30 minutes. The amount of time is stored in a global constant. Could be changed later. The Dockerfile was updated to copy only the needed parts of the bridgenet-inference folder. In the future, only the needed parts of pytorch-mask-rcnn could be copied as well.
